Adobe Premiere Pro Video Play Modules Complementaires

Feb 16, 2019 So, my recommendation is to use Premiere Pro (2019) ver 13.0.1 or earlier. I have this problem with 13.0.2. Going back to the pervious version (13.0.1) works as it should. If you have auto update enabled, then Premiere Pro may have updated itself to the current version - 13.0.2, so I would also check to see which version you are running. Have you made any changes to the computer prior to the issue?
Method 1: Run the Window media player settings troubleshooter and check if that helps. Refer the following link to run the troubleshooter.

Method 2: Start the computer in clean boot and then try to use Windows Media player or Adobe Premiere and if the issue persists. Fcc standards for communications. To configure your computer to clean boot refer the following link.
Note: After you have finished troubleshooting, follow step 7 in the article to boot to normal startup.

Method 3: If the issue persists then, I would suggest you to perform SFC scan. The SFC /scannow command scans all protected system files and replaces incorrect versions with correct Microsoft versions. For more information how to do SFC/ scan, please follow this link:
Method 4:If the above steps do not help then, uninstall and reinstall the graphics card drivers.
Here are the steps to uninstall the graphics card from Device Manager:
a)Open Device Manager by clicking the ‘Start’ button, clicking ‘Control Panel’.
b)Click on ‘System and Maintenance’, and then click ‘Device Manager’.
c)If you are prompted for an administrator password or confirmation, type the password or provide confirmation.

d)On the Device Manager window, and expand ‘Display adapter’.
e)Right-click on the video card and click on ‘properties’ and click on ‘Driver’ tab and select ‘Uninstall’.
f)Re-install the latest graphics card drivers from the Manufacturer’s website.
